Emulsion Tackifier

Environmentally Friendly Water-Based (Solvent-Free) Emulsion Tackifier

  • The industry's first environmentally friendly water-based (solvent free) emulsion tackifier that can be used an additive in an adhesive to increase its adhesion.
  • Use with olefin polymers that inherently have poor adhesive properties to make them stickier.
  • For various types of polymers, such as acrylic, EVA, chloroprene and rubber-based polymers.
  • High softening point based emulsion tackifier made from Pensel D and Tamanol provides better adhesive, actual adhesive properties and heat resistance.

Appearance: Milky white emulsion

Malkyd™ (Maleic Resin)

Tackifier, Printing Ink and Painting Resin 

  • Our trade name for a maleic rosin and ester, and fumarate rosin and ester
  • Mainly used as a painting resin
  • Relatively high acid value and slightly wider molecular weight distribution

    Oil soluble type
    Feature: Partial compatibility with nitrocellulose, good weather resistance and color retention
    Use: Oil vernish, printing ink, enamel and adhesive

SuperEster

Super Ester (Stabilized Rosin Ester)

Better Stability than Our Ester Gum and General Rosin Esters

  • Derived from a natural resin, rosin
  • This resin has a long history as a tackifier for adhesives
  • Compared to our Ester Gum, it has a light-color appearance, is more stable at high temperatures and has good weather resistance
